SOLVO Store, operated and managed by arty houme Plus Trading – State of Qatar, is committed to providing clear and transparent shipping procedures to its customers.



1. Order Processing



Orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Official holidays are not considered business days.



2. Delivery Time



Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:


  • Within the State of Qatar: 1–5 business days
  • International shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)



The above timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistical circumstances.



3. Shipping Fees



Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and package weight.



4. International Shipping



Some products may be shipped from warehouses outside the State of Qatar.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country, if applicable.



5. Shipping Delays



The Store shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:


  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Circumstances beyond the Store’s control (force majeure)




6. Incorrect Address



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.



7. Lost or Damaged Shipments



If a shipment is received damaged or incomplete, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear supporting photos.

The matter will be handled in accordance with the published Refund & Return Policy.
